/KASE, February 13, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Board since February 13 of 2006 KZ1C01030010 common shares of Eurasia Insurance company JSC (Almaty) have been excluded from KASE's official "A" listing category.

Decision about de-listing was taken on the basis of the letter of Eurasia Insurance company JSC dated January 20 of 2006 #04-27/98 with the request to exclude its common shares from exchange's official list because of strategic plans of the company's only shareholder.

Thee shares were included in KASE's official list on December 5, 2005 under SKEA symbol. Trades in them were never opened.

Company's primary activity is insurance.
