• at IPE (London) price of February futures for Brent North Sea Crude Oil decreased by 2.17% to $42.45 per barrel;
• at NYMEX (New York) price for Light Sweet Crude Oil blend with delivery in January of 2004 decreased by 1.38% to $45.64 per barrel;
