/KASE, July 16, 2026/ – On July 15, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include into the KASE's official list to the bonds category of the main board the bonds KZ2P00018773 (MFTFb7; 1,000 KZT, 5.0 bln KZT; 48 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360) of MFO Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan LLP (Almaty).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on July 16, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the sixth under the first bond program of MFO Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan LLP, registered on April 11, 2023, in the amount of 100.0 bln KZT.
