From July 15, bonds KZ2P00018906 (MFSFb13) and KZ2P00018914 (MFSFb14) of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP are included in KASE's official list in commercial bonds category of alternative board
/KASE, July 15, 2026/ – On July 14, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the alternative board:
- KZ2P00018906 (MFSFb13; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00018914 (MFSFb14; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board enters into force on July 15, 2026.
Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
