/KASE, July 10, 2026/ – On July 9, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the alternative board:

1) KZ2C00018752 (LZGRb16; 1,000 KZT, 2.5 bln KZT; 360 days; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00018794 (LZGRb17; 1,000 KZT, 2.5 bln KZT; 90 days; monthly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00018786 (LZGRb18; $1,000, $5.0 mln; 180 days; monthly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading;
30/360);

4) KZ2C00018802 (LZGRb19; $1,000, $5.0 mln; 90 days; monthly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

5) KZ2C00018810 (LZGRb20; $1,000, $5.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading;
30/360).

This decision of the Management Board enters into force on July 10, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
