/KASE, July 10, 2026/ – On July 9, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the main board the bonds KZ2C00018851 (AGKKb24; 1,000 KZT, 15.0 bln KZT; 9 months; coupon is paid once at maturity, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360) of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (Astana).

This decision of the Management Board enters into force on July 10, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
