On July 1, National Investment Holding Baiterek JSC raised on KASE $32.7 mln via subscription by additionally placing international bonds XS3358410002 (BTRKe6) with yield of 5.45% per annum

/KASE, July 8, 2026/ – As announced earlier, on July 1, 2026, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) trading system hosted an additional placement of international bonds XS3358410002, US05709XAA81 (KASE's main board, bonds category, BTRKe6, $500 mln, 06.05.26 – 06.05.33; semi-annual coupon, 5,20% per annum; 30/360) of National Investment Holding Baiterek JSC through subscription to them. Below are the demand parameters and results of subscription on KASE.

Halyk Finance JSC acted as joint lead manager and bookrunner on KASE during subscription to the specified bonds.

In terms of the main categories of investors during placement, 39.5% of the total volume was purchased by banks, 49.5% by other institutional investors, 9.1% by other legal entities and 1.8% by individuals.

According to data from Central Securities Depository JSC, the transactions after subscription to the specified bonds on KASE were settled by the time of publication of this information, and the subscription was completed.

Please note that the additionally issued Eurobonds have been assigned a temporary ISIN that is different from the ISIN assigned in May 2026 to the initially placed Eurobonds in the amount of $500 mln. The temporary ISIN is valid for 40 days from the date of additional placement of Eurobonds (July 8, 2026). Assignment of temporary ISIN is required under the applicable US securities legislation to distinguish the additionally issued Eurobonds, which American investors cannot purchase for 40 days after the issue date, from the originally issued bonds. After this 40-day period, the additionally issued Eurobonds will be combined with the initially placed Eurobonds, and all Eurobonds, regardless of their issue date, will be traded under the same ISIN assigned to the initially placed Eurobonds.
