/KASE, July 7, 2026/ – On July 7, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include into the KASE's official list to the Private Placement board the bonds KZ2C00018737 (SEGRpp2; 1,000 KZT, 102.7 bln KZT; 15 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360) of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC (Ekibastuz).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on July 7, 2026.
