/KASE, July 7, 2026/ – On July 7, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana) into the KASE's official list in the bonds category of the main board:

• KZ2C00018828 (SKKZb32; 1,000 KZT, 51,350.0 mln KZT; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon, TONIA Compounded Index + fixed coupon; 30/360);
• KZ2C00018836 (SKKZb33; 1,000 KZT, 51,350.0 mln KZT; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon, TONIA Compounded Index + fixed coupon; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on July 7, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of these bonds are the 21st and 22nd within the fourth bond program of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, registered on August 27, 2024, in the amount of 1.0 trln KZT.
