/KASE, July 1, 2026/ – Decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 30, 2026, approved amendments No. 13 to the KASE's internal document Membership Regulations (Regulations), which came into effect on June 30, 2026.

The amendments include the following:

• introduced the term "the Exchange's electronic service platform" for the purposes of using a universal name for information systems and channels of interaction with the KASE members;
• updated the KASE membership application template.

In addition, the KASE's internal document "Rules of Professional Ethics and Business Conduct" was declared invalid from June 30, 2026. At that, general ethical standards and principles of conscientious conduct of trading participants are established in the new Article 4-1 of the Regulations.
