/KASE, June 30, 2026/ – Today, the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) hosted a special trading session for placement of two issues of bonds of local executive bodies.

After the special trading session, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003291 (government securities sector, ATK022_329; 1,000 tenge, 2,000,000,000 tenge; 30.06.26 – 30.04.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Almaty region totaling 2,0 bln tenge;

2) KZSJ00000234 (government securities sector, SHK022_023; 1,000 tenge, 20,395,113,000 tenge; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Shymkent totaling 4,0 bln tenge.

The said bonds were issued to finance construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and disposal networks and systems, as well as to finance construction and/or acquisition, purchase of housing and/or apartments in shared participation facilities in housing construction.
