/KASE, June 25, 2026/ – By the decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 24, 2026, Private company Abylai Global Solutions Ltd. (Astana) was accepted as a member of KASE in the "stock" and "derivatives" categories.

The decision of the Board of Directors to admit Private company Abylai Global Solutions Ltd. to KASE membership in the "derivatives" category is effective as of June 25, 2026.

The effective date of the Board of Directors' decision to admit Private company Abylai Global Solutions Ltd. to KASE membership in the "stock" category will be announced later.

Membership in these categories means the right to participate in exchange trading of securities admitted to circulation (trading) on KASE, as well as derivative financial instruments.
