/KASE, June 22, 2026/ – Today, specialized trading for the placement of two issues of municipal bonds took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Following the results of the specialized trading, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003309 (ABK024_330; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,234,816,000; 22.06.26 – 22.06.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Aqtobe region for KZT 2.2 bn;

2) KZMJ00003283 (VKK024_328; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,924,416,000; 22.06.26 – 22.06.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of East Kazakhstan region for KZT 7.0 bn.

The said bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems, as well as for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, purchase of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
