/KASE, June 19, 2026/ – Special trading sessions were held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today to place six issue of municipal bonds.

According to the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003333 (AKK047_333; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,485,469,000; 19.06.26 – 19.05.30; semi-annual coupon, 14.55 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Aqmola region for KZT 3.5 bn;

2) KZMJ00003317 (KSK047_331; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,362,009,000; 19.06.26 – 19.05.30; semi-annual coupon, 17.30 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanay region for KZT 2.4 bn;

3) KZMJ00003325 (KSK047_332; KZT 1,000, KZT 6,596,675,000; 19.06.26 – 19.05.30; semi-annual coupon, 14.55 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanay region for KZT 6.6 bn;

4) KZMJ00003341 (MGK047_334; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,512,557,000; 19.06.26 – 19.05.30; semi-annual coupon, 17.30 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Mangystau region for KZT 5.5 bn;

5) KZMJ00003358 (MGK047_335; KZT 1,000, KZT 6,692,869,000; 19.06.26 – 19.05.30; semi-annual coupon, 14.55 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Mangystau region for KZT 6.7 bn;

6) KZSJ00000234 (SHK022_023; KZT 1,000, KZT 20,395,113,000; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Shymkent city for KZT 6.0 bn.

The specified bonds were issued to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, overhaul) of wastewater treatment complexes, as well as heating, electricity, water supply, and sewerage networks and systems. In addition, the funds will be used to finance the construction and (or) purchase, buyout of housing and (or) apartments in shared-equity housing construction projects.
