/KASE, June 11, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 10, 2026, the term of office of KASE Management Board was determined until July 1, 2029.

Currently, KASE Management Board consists of five members:

A. Mukhamejanov, Chairman of the Management Board;

D. Amanzholova, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board;

M. Grishko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;

A. Iskakova, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board;

Zh. Sarzhakov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
