/KASE, June 9, 2026/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (KASE ticker – ALMS) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the consolidated annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• not to accrue or pay dividends on the company's common shares based on the results of the 2025 financial year;
• to invest the company's net income in the production development.

Decisions on a total of five agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
