/KASE, June 8, 2026/ – Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 28, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2025 and not to pay dividends on the company's shares.

In total, decisions were made on eight agenda items at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
