The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual separate and consolidated financial statements of the company for 2025;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2025;
• not to accrue or pay dividends on the company's common shares and to leave the net income at the disposal of the company for further development.
