/KASE, June 4, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) dated June 2, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board (effective June 2, 2026):

• excluded: A. Seirbaeva, T. Smagulov;
• elected: Bektemisov N.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Leasing Group JSC consists of three people.
