/KASE, June 4, 2026/ – On June 3, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00018302 (MFSCb10; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00018286 (MFSCb11; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00018294 (MFSCb12; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00018278 (MFSCb13; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

5) KZ2P00018260 (MFSCb14; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of June 4, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The bond issues are the fourth to eighth within the second bond program, registered on August 2, 2023, in the amount of KZT 25.0 bn.
