/KASE, June 4, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) dated May 28, 2026, the following persons were excluded from the company's Board of Directors (effective June 2, 2026):

• N. Bektemissov;
• Y. Berdalin.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of three persons.
