/KASE, June 3, 2026/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (KASE ticker – AGKK) announced the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 29, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the consolidated and non-consolidated annual audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2025 in the amount of 97,579,131,002.51 tenge:
• 68,305,473,667.31 tenge to be used for dividend payments;
• 29,273,657,335.20 tenge to be left at the disposal of the company.
