/KASE, June 2, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC (KASE ticker – KFUS) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 29, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• 20,163,253,849.79 tenge will be allocated to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2025.
