/KASE, May 28, 2026/ – On May 28, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00018398 (IDFRb10; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of May 28, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

This bond issue is the fifth under the second bond program of Industrial Development Fund JSC, registered on October 27, 2023, in the amount of KZT 500.0 bn.

The financial consultant and underwriter of Industrial Development Fund JSC is Halyk Finance JSC.
