/KASE, May 28, 2026/ – BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (KASE ticker – BCCI), announced the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 20, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• dividends on the company's common shares shall not be paid for 2025;
• net income for 2025 in the amount of 13,546,288 thousand tenge shall be left in the account of retained earnings of previous years.
