/KASE, May 26, 2026/ – KazTransOil JSC (KASE ticker – KZTO) reported the following:

KazTransOil JSC hereby informs that, in accordance with Order No. 25-ОД dated 22 May 2026 issued by the Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the tariff and tariff estimate for the service of transportation of Kazakhstani oil through the main pipelines of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the domestic market: operator services for unified routing, have been approved.

Effective from 1 June 2026, the tariff will amount to KZT 7.23 per 1 ton (excluding VAT), representing an increase of KZT 3.21, or 80%, compared to the previously effective tariff.

The tariff has been approved for the period from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Natural Monopolies".
