/KASE, May 26, 2026/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (KASE ticker – FRMP) announced the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 20, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2025 in the amount of 18,762,737,701.78 tenge:
• to use 9,727,054,216.56 tenge for dividend payments;
• to retain 9,035,683,485.22 tenge at the company.
