/KASE, May 25, 2026/ – By the decision of the sole shareholder of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC (KASE ticker – KACM) dated May 14, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: T. Onzhanov;
• elected: A. Aqan.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC consists of six people.
