/KASE, May 25, 2026/ – On May 22, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of KMF Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00018034 (MFKMb10; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of issue + up to 3.00 % per annum; 30/360);
• KZ2C00018125 (MFKMb11; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of issue + up to 3.00 % per annum; 30/360);
• KZ2C00018257 (MFKMb12; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed auction for the placement of bonds – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of issue + up to 3.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing comiission is effective as of May 25, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

These bond issues are the first, second and third within the framework of the third bond program of KMF Bank JSC, registered on April 21, 2026, in the amount of KZT 30.0 bn.
