Materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KazTransOil JSC scheduled for May 28, 2026, have been published on the Company's website ( see more ).

In particular, regarding the approval of the procedure for distribution of KazTransOil JSC's net income for 2025, the decision on dividend payment on ordinary shares and approval of the dividend amount per ordinary share, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is proposed to approve the following:

• the following procedure for distribution of net income received in 2025 in the amount of KZT 56,606,539,000: to allocate KZT 45,386,115,682 for dividend payments, while the remaining KZT 11,220,423,318 shall remain undistributed and retained by KazTransOil JSC;
• the dividend amount for 2025 per ordinary share in the amount of KZT 118.

To fix the list of shareholders of KazTransOil JSC entitled to receive dividends on ordinary shares of KazTransOil JSC based on the results of 2025 as of 00:00 on June 5, 2026.

To determine June 11, 2026 as the starting date for dividend payments on ordinary shares of KazTransOil JSC based on the results of 2025.
