/KASE, May 15, 2026/ – On May 14, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Jet Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00018195 (MFMOb45; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00018229 (MFMOb46; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00018203 (MFMOb47; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00018211 (MFMOb48; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of May 18, 2026.
