Bonds KZ2P00018161 (MFSFb11) and KZ2P00018179 (MFSFb12) of MFO "Smartolet Finance" are included in "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market, effective May 15
/KASE, May 15, 2026/ – On May 14, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:
- KZ2P00018161 (MFSFb11; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00018179 (MFSFb12; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board is effective as of May 15, 2026.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
