According to the report of KPMG Audit LLP, the financial statements present fairly in all material aspects the financial position of KazAgroFinance JSC as of December 31, 2025, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
