/KASE, May 8, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KEGOC JSC (KASE ticker – KEGC) dated April 30, 2026, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• T. Safuani,
• E. Konakhbaeva,
• A. Akimbaeva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KEGOC JSC consists of five people.
