/KASE, May 8, 2026/ – An initial offering of international bonds XS3358410002, US05709XAA81 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, BTRKe6) of National investment holding "Baiterek" JSC was held in KASE's trading system today by way of subscription to them. Below are parameters of the bid and results of the subscription.

Halyk Finance JSC acted as joint lead manager and bookrunner on KASE during the subscription for these bonds.
