/KASE, May 8, 2026/ – By the decision of the sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC (KASE ticker: KFUS) dated May 4, 2026, A. Kussainov was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC consists of four persons.
