Agenda of the meeting:

1) on the cancellation of the previously approved budget of the company for 2026, as well as the recognition of the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 22, 2025 and the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders dated January 23, 2026 as invalid;
