/KASE, May 5, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from May 6, 2026, trading in the following securities under repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) ETF U37954Y8710 (sector "KASE Global", URA_KZ) of The Global X Uranium ETFs with settlement date falling on June 29, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on July 1, 2026;

2) common shares US30231G1022 (sector "KASE Global", XOM_KZ) of Exxon Mobile Corporation with settlement date falling on May 15, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on May 18, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date on the specified securities.
