/KASE, May 5, 2026/ – Kazakhtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – KZTK) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders, held on April 30, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the company for 2025;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2025:
• 3,533,203,977.54 tenge will be used for payment of dividends based on the results of 2025;
• the remaining part will be left at the disposal of the company.
