According to the report of SFAI Kazakhstan LLP, the financial statements present fairly in all material respects the financial position of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP as of December 31, 2025, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
