/KASE, May 4, 2026/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (KASE ticker – ALMS) announces the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on May 29, 2026.

Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of the company shareholders;

2) approval of the consolidated annual financial statements of the company for 2025;

3) approval of the procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2025. Making a decision on the payment or non-payment of dividends on the company's common shares for 2025 and approving the amount of dividend per common share of the company;

4) consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeals against the actions of the company and its officials and the results of their consideration;

5) informing the company's shareholders about the amount and composition of the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the company.
