/KASE, April 30, 2026/ – On April 28, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00018021 (MFRFpp2; $100, $5.0 mln; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 1 year and 1 month; 30/360) of MFO "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 30, 2026.
