/KASE, April 29, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) dated 17 April 2026, Ladislav Šimiček was elected to the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of six people.
