/KASE, April 29, 2026/ – On April 28, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP (Abai region) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2P00018062 (MFTSb6; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 12 months; quarterly coupon, 21.50 % per annum; 30/360);
• KZ2P00018070 (MFTSb7; $100, $4,250,000; 12 months; quarterly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of April 29, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
