/KASE, April 28, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC (KASE ticker: EUBN) dated April 24, 2026, Y. Qappar was excluded from the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Eurasian Bank JSC consists of six people.
