/KASE, April 28, 2026/ – An initial public offering of international bonds XS3358410002 (BTRKe6) of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC is held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today through a subscription under the terms and conditions set out below (Astana time).

Halyk Finance JSC (hereinafter – the Seller) acts as the seller in the subscription for the specified bonds.

The minimum order size is US$200,000 at par value or a larger amount at par value in multiples of US$1,000.

The yield to maturity, expressed as a percentage per annum, is specified (in the "Reference" field). The order price is 100 (for technical purposes only). When submitting market orders, the price is "At counterparty price."

According to the terms of this subscription, the list of additional information about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said bonds includes the following information:

1) last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity;

2) IIN of an individual or BIN of a legal entity;

3) citizenship of an individual or the state in accordance with the legislation of which the registration of a legal entity as a legal entity was carried out.
