/KASE, April 27, 2026/ – On April 21, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following social bonds of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2C00015956 (KZIKb43; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 4 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00015964 (KZIKb44; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 4 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 27, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

These bond issues are the seventh and eighth within the framework of the fourth bond program of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, registered on June 2, 2025, in the amount of KZT 720.0 bn.
