RBK Bank JSC, one of Kazakhstan's leading universal banks, rated Ba2 by Moody's and BB – by Fitch (both with a stable outlook), has appointed Citi and J.P. Morgan as joint lead managers and bookrunners, and Teniz Capital as manager for Kazakhstan, to organize its Global Investor Call, taking place today, April 27, at 1:00 PM London time / 8:00 AM ET / 5:00 PM Astana time, as well as a series of virtual fixed income investor meetings throughout today and tomorrow.
Following this, subject to favorable market conditions, the issuance of 5-year senior unsecured US dollar notes in the 144A/ RegS format is planned. FCA/ICMA stabilization rules will apply.
The manufacturer's target market (in accordance with the UK MiFIR product governance requirements): exclusively permitted counterparties and professional clients (all distribution channels). A key information document (KID) in accordance with PRIIPs for the EEA or UK has not been prepared, as the product is not intended for retail investors in the EEA or UK.
