/KASE, April 23, 2026/ – On April 21, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017981 (MFRFpp1; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years, annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 23, 2026.
