/KASE, April 23, 2026/ – Bank RBK JSC (KASE ticker – INBN) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 20, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the bank's audited financial statements for 2025;
• a portion of the net income in the amount of 32,232,219,300 tenge shall be used to pay dividends on the bank's common shares for 2025;
• the portion of the bank's net income for 2025 remaining after the payment of dividends on common shares shall be left as part of the bank's retained earnings.

In total, decisions were made on six agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
